1. Shampoo: Apply to wet hair, gently massaging the scalp until a lather forms. Rinse thoroughly and repeat if necessary.
2. Mask: After shampooing, remove excess water with a towel. Apply the mask to the lengths and ends, massaging gently. Leave on for 5 to 10 minutes for deep hydration, then rinse well.
3. Conditioner: Apply to damp hair, focusing on the lengths and ends. Let it sit for a few minutes for better absorption, then rinse thoroughly.
