Requesting the exchange or return of your product is simple and quick! The customer has a period of up to 7 days, counting from receipt of the product, to make the request to the Braé Relationship Center via email sac@braehaircare.com If the customer has not yet received the product, they must do so. the request to the Braé Relationship Center, and subsequently refuse to receive the product. Gifts and samples received as a result of the product purchased, and which will be subject to exchange or return, must be sent together with these, regardless of the reason.
Braé will analyze the reason for your request and provide information and clarifications on how to return it to our Distribution Center. When making the request, you must inform the order number and the reason for the exchange or return. Eventually more information and photos may be requested. In any case, it is necessary to observe the “product conditions for exchange or return”, which are described in the items below.
Braé will provide the credit corresponding to the amount paid so that the user can use it for another purchase. If the purchased product is worth more than the credit previously received, the customer must top up the payment.
